SPEC's Freedom Libraries [Systems & Processes Engineering Corporation]

SPEC's Freedom Libraries are a set of fully characterized cell librariesfor Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) ASIC design. Implemented in E/D MESFETtechnology, the Direct Coupled FET Logic (DCFL) libraries support highperformance applications.The libraries are targeted by COMPASS Design Automation's Navigatorseries of logic synthesis and chip compilation tools, which automates thedevelopment of semi-custom ASICs. These libraries fully support designportability and technology independence, enabling the synthesis of HDLdesigns, or the rapid retargeting of existing designs to GaAs.
